How do we do this?
- We start with the owner of the company being the person who will pay the initial visit, recommend and design, produce and agree what is to be done, oversee the installation, conduct the after-sales service, and maintain a constant contact with you.
- We are independent, so we are not tied to any one manufacturer. We have, over many years learned who are the best suppliers, and therefore offer a very comprehensive range to suit all tastes. Our reputation speaks for itself insomuch that the hard negotiation takes place with the supplier, not with you. They want to be associated with us, so we are able to secure the ranges at affordable prices for you.
- We don’t expect you to spend your free time going from showroom to showroom, we bring it to you – Our mobile showroom will come to you so that you may consider the ranges and make the right choices in the comfort of you own home.
- We do not employ sales staff, do not pay commissions, do not have expensive overheads in terms of showrooms, and do not expect you to pay for high advertising costs – we keep it simple – you pay for the quality, the range, and our own expertise – no hidden costs, no hidden overheads, you deal only with the same people.
- We have selected our team with great care – we plan a long-term future and enjoy the benefit of little advertising with most new business coming by word of mouth by satisfied clients. Our team comes from a diverse range of backgrounds: Building, plumbing, precision engineering, electrics, design, manufacturing, and customer service – all have one thing in common: “Only the best will do”.

Based in Suffolk, we keep it local so that we can ensure a constant level of support. To this end we limit ourselves mostly to Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
